At Torrent Trackside, we are all about keeping the UK rail networks on track, 365 days a year! As a Customer Service Administrator you’ll be part of creating and delivering amazing service delivery to a number of our high profile rail customers.
Key Responsibilities
No two days are the same at Torrent Trackside. You will be arranging for plant hire equipment to be delivered to our UK rail networks, from order to delivery. In the main, the role is managing incoming email requests from our customers; time critical transactions that require attention to detail and speed of action.
