Job Introduction
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the quality of the assets that pass through the workshop.
Ensuring stock levels of available hire fleet items are acceptable.
Overseeing the check and inspect process ensuring it is in line with the company procedures manual.
Ensuring that damage & missing accessories are recorded correctly.
Supervising any expenditure including spares and labour in line with the workshop budget.
Controlling and recording the issue of spares and materials.
Ensuring that the workshop and all assets are secure at all times.
Overseeing and ensure that all workshop equipment is maintained, repaired and fit for purpose.
Prohibiting the use of unsafe or faulty equipment.
Overseeing that the appropriate records/documentation relating to work carried out is kept up to date and to company standards/legal requirements.
Managing and reviewing all procedures and administration processes.
Ensure procedures and administration processes are followed by team members.
Liaising with the Branch Manager to identify and ensure agreed stock levels are adhered to

What We’re Looking For
Maths and English GCSE is essential
A further qualification would be desirable
Experience in Microsoft Office programs
Capable of using software systems
Experience of working within a workshop environment is essential
Some experience of managing a team
Experience of managing processes and procedures
Good interpersonal communication skills
