Job Introduction
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Hire/Sales Coordinator with relevant experience to join our existing team here in Harrogate, providing customer service and help develop business by converting enquiries into hire business.
Key Responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will include quoting prices, taking orders and processing them
- You will liaise with the hire desk team and support our depot
- With specific responsibility for one of our depots you will be required to develop strong relationships with our customers and our internal colleagues
- This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing company and work with some of the key players in the construction and house building industries.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner- Essential
- Ability to communicate via email with good use of language
- Good understating of customer requirements
- Ability to convert conversations in to business opportunities
- Good use and experience of using various IT systems
- Knowledge of equipment – Desirable
- Experience of logistics/planning - Desirable
