Job Introduction

We’d like an Administrator to join our team and provide support to the Depot Manager, delivering administrative support in a very busy hire depot.

Attention to detail and ability to operate two databases effectively will be key, as will effective time management and organisation of daily workloads to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking hire equipment in and out on the database
  • Maintaining depot parts and stock Levels, to include keeping accurate and up to date records
  • Re-ordering of parts for our Depot and Field Service Engineers
  • Completing scheduled stock checks
  • Keeping records for issued PPE equipment and issuing if required

What We’re Looking For    

  • Excellent computer skills including use of databases, asset management systems, MS Office/Outlook
  • Accurate with an eye for detail
  • Knowledge of the construction/housing/hire industry desirable but can be trained
  • Professional telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Flexible, hands-on approach
